Happiness Program by The Art Of Living Foundation in Baltimore

The Art of Living Happiness Program spans a few hours daily, over three consecutive days.

Secrets of the Breath
The heart of The Happiness Program is a series of yogic breathing techniques, including the Sudarshan Kriya, which reduce your stress and raise your energy, bringing you back to a clear and positive state of mind.

Mastering the Mind
Understanding the nature of the mind gives you a greater perspective on life that enables you to not get bothered by issues that used to create frustration, impatience, worry and more.

About Artist:
Associated with the Art of Living foundation for the last eleven years, Arvind Goel has a passion for enhancing the quality of
people's lives and has been instrumental in various skill development initiatives. He has taught more than 200
person development workshops of the Art of Living travelling extensively all over USA and the world as a highly sought after speaker, leader and teacher.
He is especially known for his programs for youth, and has conducted
workshops in over 50 universities including top engineering institutes such as IITs, NITs, management institutes
like ISB, DY Patil and medical colleges like BJ Medical, SKNMC to name a few. He has expanded the popularity of
Yesplus programs at several noteworthy international universities such as Johns Hopkins University, University of
Southern Maine, Howard University, UMD, GWU, GTU, UNC bringing timeless spiritual wisdom and techniques to improve well being to global audiences.
He has successfully led and executed several major service projects with the Art of Living, most recently the Community Leadership Training Program initiative, which was highly appreciated, Other projects
include - Sri Sri University, Dharma Stambha Yojana, Gift a Smile, Mission Green Earth, International Day of Yoga and Yogathon.
He has been an integral part of the Prison SMART programs, teaching courses in correctional facilities in
INDIA for prisoner rehabilitation. He has spearheaded peace efforts in violence-affected areas of Gadchiroli
and Chandrapur of INDIA. He lead the youth empowerment initiatives in Chandrapur that taught the Art of Living youth
empowerment and skill development seminars to over 4500 youngsters.
His programs are widely appreciated by a varied range of audiences - corporate professionals, businessmen, young
entrepreneurs, researchers, medicos, politicians and college students.
He has travells across the United States of America to teach the Yesplus series of youth empowerment programs
at various universities such as Johns Hopkins University, University of Southern Maine, Wayne State University,
University of Maryland, University of North Carolina to name a few.
