Ingredients
Milk powder - 1 cup Clarified butter - 1 tbsp Condensed milk - 200 ml Saffron strands Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp Chopped almonds - 3 Chopped pistachios - 3
Cooking Instructions
Take a deep bowl, put milk powder, clarified butter and condensed milk. Mix well Microwave it for a minute. Add Cardamom powder and saffron strands. Mix again. Microwave for 1 to 1:30 minutes. Keep checking after every 30 seconds. Mixture should be thick and leaving the edges of the bowl without discoloring itself. Let it cool for 5 minutes. Apply ghee on your palms and start rolling peda from the prepared mixture. Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios flakes and serve.
