Cabbage : 1 full Carrot : 3-4 Beans : i/4 kg Green Chillies : 3-4 Maida Rice flour(optional) Tomato sauce : 3tablespoon Chilly sauce : 2tablespoon Soya sauce : 2 tablespoon Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions
Finely chop cabbage , carrot , beans, green chillies. Add maida & rice flour in 2:1 ratio.Add all the three sauces, little water, and salt. Mix all together to make fine batter. Water should be added according to the consistency.This is how the batter will look like. Then heat oil in a pan. Make small balls out of the batter & deep fry it. This is called DRY MANCHURIAN. TO MAKE WET MANCHURIAN U WILL NEED Onions Spring Onions All the 3 sauces METHOD : Take little oil in a pan. Put onions & fry little. Then put spring onions & fry little.Then put the Dry Manchurians & all the Sauces. Fry for a while & serve hot with tomato sauce.The final Manchurian will be like this. NOTE : Sauces can be added according to your taste. Rice flour is added only to make Manchurian crisp.
